Quotes are not contracts
Sending a quote request does not book us, and any quote, estimate or plan we send is not a contract. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing.
Event information can change
Dates, times, venues, menus, availability and prices shown on this site or in our events list are for information and may change. An RSVP is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry or a spot if an event changes, sells out or is cancelled.
Deposits and cancellations
Deposits, payments, cancellations and refunds for a booked event are governed by the written agreement we make with you for that event, not by this website.
Photos and content
The photos, logos, text and design on this site belong to Pop & Pour or the people who created them, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We may take photos and video at events and may use them to show our work. If you would rather not appear, tell us at the event or by email and we will do our best to respect that.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
No warranties and limit of liability
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error-free or always online. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pop & Pour and its owners are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, and our services at an event are covered by your written agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in California.
